Live NOAA radar · Dark by design

No Clutter.
Just Radar.

Every other weather app buries the radar. We deleted everything else. Open it, see the storm over a full-screen dark map, play it forward to see where it’s headed — then close it.

What Only Radar does

Live NOAA radar

Real precipitation data painted over a full-screen dark map. The greens, yellows and reds you already recognize.

Playback, 30m–8h

Pick a time window and hit play to watch the storm move across the map. Loops smoothly, then gets out of your way.

Dark by design

No forecast. No “feels like.” No ads, no signup, no notifications. The map is the app — everything else disappears.

The whole idea

We deleted everything else.

No 10-day forecast. No “feels like.” No pollen count, no UV index, no sponsored storm names, no mascot, no signup, no ads. You want radar? Here's the radar.

Radar-first, always

The map is the UI. The radar is the entire product — not buried three taps deep.

Dark by default

Dark-mode-only by design. The map is forced dark too, so the radar pops.

Only Radar splash screen — No Clutter. Just Radar.
Time-lapse playback

See where it's headed.

Tap the time pill and a frosted glass panel slides up. Pick how far back you want to look, then play it forward to watch the storm roll across the map.

30 minutes to 8 hours

Choose a window — 30m, 1h, 2h, 4h or 8h — and step through every frame.

Smooth, looping motion

Clean playback over the dark map, then it gets out of your way when you're done.

Open it. See the storm.
Close it.

Radar, the way it should’ve always been — full screen, dead simple, dark. Coming soon to iOS and Android.
